Russell has been a member of NACE since 1987 and is an accredited NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist. He is an active member of the Texas Gas Association and National Propane Gas Association where he serves as the Instructor for Corrosion Control educational programs. Russell is also a member of the Southern Gas Association and APHCC.
