OUR PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
Our customers have told us two things are critically
important to them: on-time shipments and zero defect delivery. Because
MESA strives to provide the highest level of service and
quality in the cathodic protection industry, we have identified three
performance criteria that we continually measure to ensure on-time shipments and
zero defect delivery.
The three indicators are ON-TIME SHIPMENTS, THREE-DAY
SHIPMENTS, and CUSTOMER NON-CONFORMANCE.
ON-TIME SHIPMENTS are defined as orders that ship on or
before the promised shipment date. Our
goal is 95%.
THREE-DAY SHIPMENTS measures those orders that ship within
3 days of receipt of the order. Our
goal for this category is 75%.
CUSTOMER NON-CONFORMANCE is measured by customer
complaints. The problem could be
anything from a quality issue to incorrect material to invoicing.
Our goal is to have fewer than 2% of our orders fall in this category.
