For several years, we have been doing the MESA Online electronic newsletter. We have had very good feedback from our readers that the information presented in the newsletter is valuable and enjoyable. However, since we at MESA feel there is always room for improvement, we are implementing a new format for our newsletter.
We have created six specific editorial areas for the newsletter. Some will be familiar to you such as the President's Message presented in previous issues. Others, however, are new and are being created because of feedback we received from you in the most recent customer satisfaction survey. You told us MESA was very good at communicating but you would like to see more information on products and new technology within the CP industry. So, you asked for it and the CP NEWS section of our newsletter will be dedicated to this type information.

In the Performance section of this issue, we will be reporting more of the results from our customer satisfaction survey. As evidenced by the changes we are making in the newsletter, we are serious about using feedback from our surveys to improve every phase of our operations.
