Resistance Wire

Resistance wire is sold by the foot and used by the technician to build-in circuit resistance per specific applications.

Types Available:

• #22 Insulated Resistance Wire (1.07 ohm/ft - 1 amp max.)
• #22 Bare Resistance Wire (1.07 ohm/ft - 1 amp max.)
• #16 Bare Resistance Wire (.25 ohm.ft - 3 amp max.)

AGRA Slide Wire Resistors

The slide resistor is primarily used by the C.P. technician to balance current among several structures in a single impressed current C.P. system. It can also be used as a variable resistance bond between two pipelines. Ease of adjustment makes these units an industry favorite.

Styles available:

Adjustable slide resistor with mounting feet:

• 1 ohm 12 watt (3.5 amp max.)
• 1 ohm 25 watt (5.0 amp max.)
• 1 ohm 50 watt (7.0 amp max.)
• 1 ohm 100 watt (10.0 amp max.)
